No Guarantees

While Purvise is committed to delivering high-quality strategic and operational support, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements.

Business success depends on a range of factors outside of our control, including but not limited to market conditions, execution, and client decisions.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Implementing recommendations and agreed actions
  • Making final decisions regarding their business
  • Ensuring appropriate internal resources are available for execution
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Purvise acts as an advisor and partner, not an operator of your business.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees will be outlined prior to engagement
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms (typically 7–14 days)
  • Services may be paused for overdue payments
  • All fees are exclusive of GST (if applicable)
  • Ongoing retainers or advisory arrangements will be billed on a recurring basis as agreed.
Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, as specified in the service agreement.

For ongoing engagements:

  • A notice period may apply (as agreed per contract)
  • Fees already incurred remain payable
  • No refunds are provided for services already delivered
  • Purvise reserves the right to terminate services if required terms are not met.
Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, and content provided by Purvise remain the intellectual property of Purvise unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for internal business purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially reuse Purvise materials without written consent.

Confidentiality

Purvise treats all client information as confidential.

We will not disclose any sensitive business information shared during engagements unless:

  • Required by law
  • Required to deliver agreed services with third-party tools or contractors (under confidentiality obligations)
  • Clients are also expected to treat any proprietary frameworks or materials shared by Purvise as confidential.
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Purvise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Purvise is not responsible for business decisions made by clients
  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered

All services are provided in good faith based on professional experience and expertise.
